Product Inquiries

The below form is used for the following requests:

  • General Product Inquiry: Determine if Fujiya carries this product, or make a suggestion on what product we should carry

  • Product Availability: Check inventory at our stores

  • Store Transfer: Request for products to be transferred for pickup at another store (e.g., Clark to Downtown).


Store Transfer Policy:

  • We cannot guarantee the requested date/time. Typically, we need a minimum of 2 days' notice for store transfer. You will be contacted by email to confirm the transfer 

  • After the product(s) arrive at the destination store, you will be notified by phone

  • You have 3 business days from the notification to pick up the product

  • If the products are not picked up after 3 business days, they will be returned to regular store inventory

  • We are unable to transfer items such as meat, seafood, some frozen items, and items with a shelf life or best before date of less than 3 days.
