Retail Supervisor

Kitchen Helper
Overview: Ensure the checkout process is being performed correctly and efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction. Support with inventory management, merchandising, and other store operations duties.
Schedule: Between 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (7.5-hour shifts). Full-time (4-5 days per week)
Pay: Starting at $21.00/hr (plus perks like free meals, employee events, and store discount). Wage can be discussed based on previous experience.
General Duties:
In addition to performing general cashier duties, Retail Supervisors will be responsible for the following:

Oversee and supervise retail staff

Train new employees and monitor their progress
-
Advise the Manager on employee performance, compensation, promotions, and terminations
-
Develop employee schedules with the Manager and report absences or tardiness
-
Enhance team productivity and engagement
-
Handle customer and vendor calls, orders, and requests
-
Delegate tasks and follow up with team members
-
Ensure proper organization of retail and storage areas
-
Assist with problem-solving and resolve customer service issues
-
Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and directories
-
Receive, inspect, and count goods; check for damage, expired, or missing items (review Purchase Orders and credit requests)

Help maintain inventory, order supplies as needed
-
Assist with cashier procedures, restocking, daily opening/closing, floats, customer orders, and coin exchange

Assist with other operational duties as required
Skills & Qualifications:

Physical ability to do tasks (including standing/walking, lifting and carrying up to 40LB, using hands/wrists)
Overview: Prepare and make takeout foods and for customer catering orders.
Schedule (Clark): Ideally full-time, 10:00AM - 6:00PM. Preferably available for some earlier shifts (6-7AM start).
Schedule (Victoria): Ideally full-time with shifts between 7:00AM - 5:00PM.
Pay: Starting at $17.85/hr (plus perks like free meals, employee events, and store discount). Wage can be discussed based on previous experience.
General Duties:

Responsible for general kitchen duties, related to one or more of the following:

Food preparation (e.g. cutting vegetables, breading, making sauces)

Food production (e.g. making rice, cooking food, rolling/cutting sushi)

Make all food on time for delivery to stores or for customer orders

Ensure quality, taste and presentation of food is consistent and up to standard

Follow Foodsafe procedures

Follow cleaning, receiving and inventory policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

FUJIYA CLARK
Cashier
Overview: Provide exceptional service to our customers by efficiently processing transactions through the POS. Accurately process payment, bag product, and support with restocking and general customer inquiries.
Schedule: Tuesday/Friday/Saturday, 10:00AM - 6:00PM
After training, shifts will fluctuate between 9:00AM & 10:00AM start
Pay: Starting at $17.85/hr (plus perks like free meals, employee events, and store discount). Wage can be discussed based on previous experience.
General Duties:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

Accurately and efficiently process POS transactions

Follow cashier procedures such as (but not limited to): daily opening and closing, float, employee purchases, customer orders, and coin exchange

Support with restocking

Perform inventory counts and inventory transfers

Follow proper merchandising standards

Greet customers and help with questions or requests

Follow and uphold store policies regarding returns, pricing, and promotions

FUJIYA CLARK
Stock Associate
Overview: Ensure that the correct goods are received, processed, stored, and stocked accurately and efficiently, according to company rules and strategies. Prepare incoming and outgoing shipments to the warehouse, stores, and customers.
Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Sunday 10:00AM - 6:00PM or 9:30AM - 5:30PM.
Pay: Starting at $17.85/hr (plus perks like free meals, employee events, and store discount). Wage can be discussed based on previous experience.
General Duties:

Receive, inspect, and count goods against the Purchase Order. Check and inform Retail Product Leads or Managers regarding damage, expired, or missing items

Maintain correct regular and special prices on price stickers, shelf labels and signage

Perform daily restocking in an efficient manner
