How much notice do you need for orders?
24 hours notice for pickup orders to our Downtown and Richmond stores. 2 hours notice for pickup at our Clark store. 72 hours notice for all delivery orders.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Online orders are automatically confirmed. We will call you if there are any questions or updates regarding your order.
How is my order packaged, and what does it come with?
We pack your order in as minimal packaging as possible. Individual rolls, sets, or pieces will be packed into trays or larger containers. Soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger are included for all sushi orders. Chopsticks and napkins are also included (10 per large tray, 6 per small tray, and 1 per piece/serving). For pickup orders, you can include omissions or requests in the order comments or inform the team at the store when you arrive.
For delivery orders, please confirm how many utensils you require in the order comments.
We do not provide plates.
What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
For modifications or cancellations, call 604-251-9093 during business hours. We must confirm your cancellation. 24 hours notice for delivery cancellations.
Refunds will be processed on the next business day and a receipt will be emailed to you.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary requests?
Please indicate your request in the order comments and if it is an allergy or dietary preference. We will contact you if we have any questions or if we cannot accommodate your request.
Note: we do not have an allergen-free kitchen and despite our best efforts, we cannot be held responsible if any cross-contamination occurs.
Can you slice sandwiches in halves?
Yes, please request this in the order comments.
Can I substitute the items in the trays?
We cannot substitute rolls in our sushi trays, so we recommend ordering the rolls individually and we will pack it in a tray. For any other substitution request, please contact us at 604-251-9093.
Can I changed farmed salmon to wild salmon?
Yes, we can accommodate depending on available inventory of wild salmon. Please contact us at 604-251-9093 so we can provide you with a quote. If you have already placed an order and indicated in the order comments, we will call you with the updated price and to confirm additional payment.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in-person at any of our locations. Gift card amounts are minimum $20.00 and maximum $250.00. They can be used at any of our locations and do not expire. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and cannot be returned/redeemed for cash or credit.
Can I order a large number of individually packed sushi?
Unfortunately we do not sell individually packed items in bulk amounts. For this reason we cannot accommodate school lunch programs.
Can I pre-order the store takeout items?
All our takeout foods are first-come-first-served. All items available for pre-order are indicated on our website.
