TIP: If reheating, we recommend sprinkling a bit of water over the proteins, then covering with foil and and reheating in the oven at a low temperature (around 250°F) for 5-7 minutes. Monitor closely to prevent overcooking or drying out. As with many Japanese bento, the meal can also be enjoyed at room temperature.
